About the author

Liz Amos writes book club fiction about the beauty of stumbling forwards.

Her stories follow the life choices of complex characters – exploring love, belief and the messy emotional minefields we navigate to find our best selves.

All the Truths Between Us was written over a seven-year period spanning three jobs, two pregnancies and a pandemic. It was longlisted for the SI Leeds Literary Prize 2022.

An Oxford law graduate and qualified solicitor, Liz is Black British of Jamaican heritage and currently lives on the south coast of England with her husband and two children.

Liz uses her journal as a space to share her curiosity – about books and art, society and identity, the craft of creativity and her experience of faith.

Often found curled up on a sofa under piles of blankets, she loves deep chats with kind people.
